Leading distributor of high-end apparel labels including Guess, Salomon, Superdry and Pepe Jeans, Shop & Trade teamed with MEDIACUBE to change its CRM and email marketing approach. THE CHALLENGE

Despite a strong brand portfolio, Shop & Trade faced limitations in its email marketing performance. Low open and click-through rates, reduced client retention and weaker conversion results were the results of the lack of effective segmentation and tailored, personalized messaging.
