MEDIACUBE earned this title through its groundbreaking work with Plaisio.gr, redefining how brands approach real-time, personalized communication.
Faced with the challenge of introducing a new, high-performing communication channel for one of Greece’s top electronics retailers, MEDIACUBE developed a holistic Viber strategy that blended conversational marketing with automation, media integration and emotional intelligence. The approach focused on personalization, relevance and consistency across 24+ campaigns and 67 ad hoc activations.

Real-time engagement with cultural moments, delivering time-sensitive offers around national events like the World Cup, Eurovision and major tech launches (e.g. iPhone, PS5, Samsung S24).
